Watching the documentary #Green Gold by Environmental filmmaker John D. Liu, I am amazed, thrilled and excited to watch the transformation that is possible within #Nature in as little as 3-6 years. It opens up multiple possibilities in conservation efforts & sustainability.

The questions that follow emerge from my reflections on this documentary. You can choose to apply this to (every relationship or role or team or department or an organization = eco-system). Choose your vantage point.

Q 1. How does my relationship with the eco-system really impact me?

Q 2. How do I/we impact the eco-system?

Q 3. Am I or are we aware of this impact or at least willing to become aware of this impact?

Q 4. Do my/our “beliefs” impact the system? How?

Q 5. Am I or are we willing to look at these “beliefs” with a new set of eyes?

Q 6. Am I or are we willing to give or create “space” for the eco-system to emerge or rebuild or rejuvenate?

Q 7. What are some of the concrete steps I can take to help the eco-system breathe once again?

Q 8. Lastly, am I or are we willing to look at the “inter-connectedness” that exists within the eco-system?
