Are you ready to usher in 2016?

Here are a 20 choice pathways to begin your journey to #Self-Mastery. For ease of choice, it is divided into 4 parts viz. P, M, E, S. Pick any one and step on the gas. As you move into the expressway of self-mastery, add more choices in your journey.

P – Physical

1. Commit to daily exercise for at least 20 minutes.

2. Learn at least one new form of exercise in the 1st month of 2016…then another and another…

3. Mix and match various forms of exercise.

4. Commit to daily walk for at least 20 minutes.

5. Give yourself a sugar free 1st month of 2016…then another and another…

M – Mental

1. Commit to daily mental exercise for at least 20 minutes.

2. Commit to learning a new language in the 1st quarter of 2016.

3. Commit to read a subject outside your field of interest.

4. Commit to write with your opposite hand for at least 10 minutes daily viz. if you write with your right hand, practice writing with your left hand.

5. Commit your Monday morning to listening to an audio book or a podcast in the field of your passion.

E  Emotional

1. Put a rubber band on your wrist. Every time a negative thought wants to sneak in, pull the rubber hand and let it hurt you. Over a period to time, negative thoughts will not dare to enter your life.

2. Commit to looking into the mirror and smiling to yourself  on a daily basis. You deserve that smile.

3. Give Forgiveness and Seek Forgiveness from at least one person hurt (either ways).

4. Commit to watching your language especially the Self Talk you indulge in.

5. Commit to accepting at least one part of your broken self every month.

S  Spiritual

1. Commit 20 minutes of daily private prayers.

2. Commit to supporting a Cause of your choice, by investing your time.

3. Commit financial support to an NGO supporting your cause

4. Commit to reading the #Scriptures and filling yourself with the wisdom it offers.

5. Make friendship with #Silence and #Solitude for at least 30 minutes daily.
