Life is about learning, living and unlearning. It’s all about setting habits. Whether it is right or wrong, good or bad differs from person to person, hence I leave it up to you the reader to decide.
Here are 3 habits I practice daily and it continues to transform my life completely
- 15 minutes of organizing my space including electronic dust (emails, folders)
- 15 minutes of meditation
- 15 minutes of writing a journal
You may wonder what can 15 minutes really do. I started similar, however, I like to chunk small and hence I created this #15 minutes model for my life.
Let’s do the maths for beginners
15 minutes x 6 days
For each of the above 3 activities, I am doing that kind of work week after week. (exclude Sunday).
Some accomplishments that creates the pull to continue on this path :
- My papers are well organized and the best part is, I do not have to spend time searching for my documents.
- My mail box is well organized. In fact I have unsubscribed to a whole lot of junk.
- My mind is relaxed and peaceful and I am itching to increase my meditation time.
- My 2015 new diary is half full thanks to all that writing that springs from my mind.
- Most importantly, I am multiplying time by these simple acts.
Nature made it simple for us and let’s stick to that.
